But it's not a bad addiction. I don't put training before other important stuff. I rather see it as a good addiction, i don't drink so much more (weightlifting + drinking = bad combo) I eat my multivitamins, drink lot's of water, try to eat as healthy as possible, try to avoid KFC, McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. And try to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
Why is it so addicting?. If i don't train i feel sluggish & tired, but if i train in the morning i have this energy thru the whole day, I kinda feel like a duracell bunny ^^Maybe you release something during training that makes you feel good during the rest of the day? endorphins? I don't really know. But i just feel awesome after a training.
And when you add more weights and be able to do more reps then the last time you trained the same muscle group it just feels AWESOME. It's like u won, u made it. Now you just need to focus on lifting even more weight next time.
As soon as i settle down and get a job, i'll get a gym card asap, God i miss a well equipped gym.. right now i need to improvise with my training, don't have enough weights on my barbel so i put stuff in my backpack + the weights haha..
