Due to not having internet in the past month I haven't been updating my blog that regularly. Trying to do it in the library is a bitch, very very slow internet there.. But now we got a connection, not that I have really missed it, but it's convenient when you are looking for work, updating the blog etc...
So what's been happening lately? Well the big news is that we moved out from our apartment, without taking our bond money with us. (300$ down the drain) We just wanted to leave that place asap. The guy we were living with was Psycho. REALLY Psycho. I had a really bad gut feeling when we moved in there, why didn't I just listen to it and kept on searching ...
Anyway, it all seemed good in the beginning, we lived with this South African guy named Dev. His girlfriend didn't live with him, but came over occasionally. The first thing i started noticing about him was his temper, he had some serious anger management issues. He seemed to hate everyone on this earth, and he just kept having these fight with his girl about stuff that you are NOT suppose to be fighting about...
Typical day: Someone threw eggs on his window, a normal person would get pissed off and maybe go to the building manager? but he just got completely crazy, took a metal pole and ran out and started threatening neighbours.. Eggs m8!? It looked like he was ready to kill someone...
One day he came bursting out his room while I was in the toilet and started screaming at my girl "WHY THE FUCK CAN'T YOU GUYS BE QUIET, WHY ARE YOU SLAMMING THE FRIDGE AND THE MICROWAVE DOOR ALL THE TIME, I AM TRYING TO SLEEP, IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WHOLE WEEK TO SEE IF YOU GUYS WOULD BE QUIET WHILE I SLEEP, BUT NOOOO" So why didn't he just come up to me from day one and just say "hey m8, can you be a bit more quiet during the mornings while i sleep?" I didn't realize he was home in the mornings so i thought i was home alone, apparently not...So after that day it felt like we were walking on egg shells. Not wanting to wake the psycho guy in the other room, or he might wake up and bash the shit out of us with a metal pole.
We also noticed that he was obsessed with cleaning. It seemed like he was vacuuming every day, not a big deal I thought, I myself am a clean person, try to keep everything in order, do the dishes asap so it doesn't pile up, take out the garbage etc. But apparently I am not.
What made us move was the shit we heard him talk about us one Sunday morning. He thought we were out, so he started fighting with his girl, and just started screaming out how disgusting we are, that we are filthy creatures that don't clean up after ourself, this went on for about an hour, I NEVER in my life heard a person talk so much shit about me. So we basically went out and said "We just heard everything you said, we are moving out", and he continued bitching about how filthy we were...
We moved into X-base (Hostel) for a couple of days, and the funny thing is that we felt more home there, then back at Dev's place. four dorm room with no sunlight, and i am more happy there..
And now we are living with a very friendly Korean couple (You can't go wrong with Koreans! They are awesome.) We feel like we actually have a home now! And the good part about this apartment is, It's in the central city! And we are paying less rent then before! Pool, sauna, gym at the bottom floor, Korean supermarket and a liquor shop, sushi takeaway just around the corner! And we got internet. 110% Better then our old apartment.
Now im gonna sound a bit racist, but never EVER move in with an South African dude!!

Two days later Bec sent him a message asking him if he could see if we got any mail that belonged to us. And we get this fucked up message back "First of all, u don't say please, don't apologise for the mess u made, now u are giving me orders, fuck you missy!...watch urself, change ur fucking address im not ur slave, ur a dirty inconsiderate spoilt little brat and you destroyed my home and behaved like a fucking child. U and ur little fagot boyfriend are seriously pissing me off". So let me get this right... By not vacuuming (cause he was bloody doing it everyday) WE destroyed HIS house!? What would happened if I accidently broke something... Execution?
